That they went out to a warm evening club? I certainly tend to not judg human beings via their outfits, out of interest what do you positioned on once you're clubbing? A polo neck, cardigan and ski pants? attempt to not be so judgemental of others, inspite of each thing that's none of your business enterprise what they're doing!

If it's freezing cold outside and you step outside in hotpants/miniskirt and a short top....
I think it just look immature,cheap and stupid.
You can still be sexy and sophisticated wearing slacks,a nice top or blouse,some heels,add a couple of accessories like a little scarf around your neck or a necklace.
Anything with heels is sexy!

WELL FIRST YOU THINK THEY ARE DUMB BECAUSE IT IS SOMETIMES COLD BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN YOU LIKE THE WEATHER AND THEY ARE WEARING CLOTHES THAT LOOK LIKES IT MAKES NO SENSE AND THEN YOU THINK THEY ARE WHORES ON THE STREET WANTING MONEY AND BEGGING FOR IT TOO BECAUSE IF THEY WERE POOR YOU KNOW IT
