Well u have to get an agent who will take u on first. On top of that u need portfolios for each of them n 1 with them together as well.It will cost ya a bit of money but u need it cuz the portfolio is what they look at first b4 even auditioning sometimes.U can also put them in lessons. For auditions they usually have u sing a song ,dance and a reading of some sort. All places r different n it depends on the work as well.U might want to find these things yourself and check around talk to other parents who r doing the same.A lot of agencies r ripoffs n will tell u that u need to do a lot more n will try n talk u into spending more money then needed.Do your research don't just go for any agency either.Good luck n hope that helps.Oh ya look in the yellow pages for agency's in your area.

Definately get them an agent, headshots, and start sending their pictures to open castings. I am an aspiring actress, and I know that it costs a lot to get these things done. Headshots alone can cost up to 500- 800 dollars for like 20 pictures. To get an agent, they have open casting calls when big time agents are looking for people who want to be in the acting buisness. They will audition for them, and if one of the agents likes them, they can get picked up, and the agents will get them to auditions that are right for them. The good thing about agents are that if you dont get paid, they dont get paid. so, you dont have to worry about paying them hundreds of dollars the first day. But thats also the hard part. If they dont think you will make them a lot of money, they wont want you. So, make sure the girls have great monologues. From there you just wait, and keep going to auditions. It will be hard, but dont let them get discouraged.

Good luck!

Find the best acting teacher in the city where you live and ask if she teaches acting to 10 year old children. If not, can she recommend someone. They should study acting for a few years.

If you don't know any, call the community theatre and the professional theatres and ask them for recommendations on acting teachers.

I dont mean to burst your bubble but how to get started?Inner character will count about 50 percent.Make sure they get informed about the different types of personalities.Funny,Sad,Angry, and so forth...this is important..but dont teach them anything about how looks count as well to people until they get older. They are too young ot handle that right now. Also have them watch alot of movies, specifically for their age group to get the feel of everything.

Get them into the local drama school, they need to get training. It's not an easy job to take up for them. From the drama school they will learn all they need to know to get on.

Join drama classes. it will firstly, help them to see if it is something they really want to do, or if they just think the sound of it is cool, and secondly, they can them talk to others there about acting advice.
