This has always served me well....
After a while
Veronica A shoffstall
After a while you learn
the difference between
Holding a hand and chaining a soul
And you learn that
Love doesn’t mean leaning
And company doesn’t always mean security
And you begin to learn
That kisses aren’t contracts
And presents aren’t promises
And you begin to accepts you defeats
With your head up and your eyes ahead
With the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child
And you learn
To build all your roads on today
Because tomorrows ground is too uncertain for plans
And futures have a way of falling down mid flight.
After a while you learn that even sunshine burns
If you get too much
So you plant your own garden
And decorate your own soul
Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.
And you learn that you really can endure,
That you really are strong
And you really do have worth.
And you learn
And you learn
With every goodbye you learn

I cried my eyes out when ever i felt like it. I was stuck in my bedroom and i went to sleep. But then i remembered Tyra Banks saying: 'I need a man in my life because i want him, not because i need him'. Than i snapped myself back in reality and just got over it, then it was on again, i was in love again, and i guess it's too late since i already made some connections. My guy was pretty jealous when i told him i made some friends.

Realize that there are more things to life than getting exactly what you want. Take the lesson and move on. Sometimes it hurts when you play with the big kids.

it's an interesting question.....when love fails, you got to realise that it wasn't the big love, and you gotta pass over it.....

scream, moan, cry, have great meals and better wine--for one weekend (im allowed to feel disappointment)
then let it go and wait to see what love brings to my doorstep next time around!!
