The people who named it may have been called SANdy & CARoLYN

I'd say it was named by a couple when they bought it and
their names were Sandy and Carolyn, or something like that.
That's how a lot of homes get their name, a mixture of a couple of names. Maybe your neighbours could help you regarding how the name came about.
