There are 4 top centres that offer language courses in Egypt:
- Berlitz
- AUC
- British Council
- Amideast

I recommend AUC and the British Council. As an Egyptian (and very professional) Language Instructor, though, I have to object to your request for native speakers only. I've observed a number of really bad native teachers and some very good non-native ones, so don't be taken in by the unfortunately widespread '3o2det el khawaga'.

find yourself on English Arabic teacher plenty about, as their main job pays such low wages,
but remember they also have been taught bad English, problem is with you, if you are an Egyptian once you have gone past the what i need to know bit your English lessons go through the window, you expect us to pay 30le an hour for Arabic lessons but you will not pay that to have English, or I would of taken school here. i know what I am talking about from experience, and you wil not learn to speak proper english from word translation books because you do not have all our mannerisms, for instance everything is" you want" not would you like or if you would like to, there is also a difference in the way you say such words, its puts peoples guard up when you say "you want" that is just one matter, there is nothing worse than your timing here in Egypt, I waited 2 hours for one person to come to his lesson, punctuality is not in your culture but if we are late or do not bother to turn up you do not like it one little bit, i even thought what a good way for me to learn arabic "silly me"
so my advice go back to collage and learn the language where you will have a proper instructor but of course you will have to pay and be punctual.
