None - the paid maternity go away scheme in basic terms applies to women who have been in employment for the 365 days ahead of taking go away (you could artwork a undeniable volume of hours a week over the 365 days). in case you have been working someplace else on the instant previous - then you are in success if this could equivalent 365 days - or you at the instant are not eligible for that application. you're eligible for unpaid go away for as much as 365 days meaning they could shop your interest open for 365 days so which you could return - in case you do no longer on the top of the 365 days then you loose it.

No it is not because they were born of the same instance. Just as if you were hospitalized for multiple injuries for the same event.

But......

check with your companie's Human Resorce Director, just in case the rules are different where you work.

No I'm afraid it's a standard 39 weeks in UK, multiple pregnancy or not.

i do not think so. i mean why should it, your body does not have to heal anymore so than other women unless you had complications. your physical condition is primarily what maternity leave is for not adjusting to motherhood. you can ask your doc for extended leave in writing and give it to your employer and see what happens.

No, a company is not going to double or triple your amount of leave time just because your blessed with multiples.

no but you could ask your boss if he would consider letting you have longer due to the nature of your pregnancy. He may be sympathetic and agree. Check your contract of employment too.

No, it's the same. No matter how many babies you have, they are deemed to be more independent after a certain age and therefore able to be looked after by someone other than their mother.
