If he is 14-17 anything with a sweet kiss.
If he is 18+ than he will forgot whatever you give within 1 year, if your relation breaks. So dont need to give anything special. Just like a romantic CD.

He wants something he can remember you by means that he is leaving?? maybe a picture so he can remember you.

Just ask him what he likes or get information from various sources (ex. his family, his friends, etc.). It's better that way unless you want to end up giving him something he doesn't like. I mean, it's just better to be sure, that's all.

well...i think a picture would be good... 1 with the two of you together (happy).
maybe something that means something like... a menu of a restaurant where you had your first date.. you know something with meaning.. or something thats valuable to you and he knows it.
