Ricky Steamboat vs Ric Flair, February 1989 New Orleans Convention center, Clash of the Champions 6. Actually this whole feud was one of the best in history. Both of these guys brought it in all three of their matches, but this was 2 out 3 pin falls and was played masterfully by Steamboat and Flair.

Shawn Michaels vs. Bret “Hit Man” Hart
WWE Iron Man Match for the WWE Championship
A WrestleMania match between Bret "Hit Man" Hart and Shawn Michaels was inevitable, as they were the two greatest Superstars of the time. World Wrestling Entertainment officials recognized the significance of the bout and soon realized that a traditional one-on-one encounter would not be enough. As a result, the main event of WrestleMania XII was a 60-minute WWE Iron Man Match. Whichever Superstar scored the most decisions via any method – pinfall, submission, countout or disqualification – within a 60-minute span would be declared the winner.
The audience was absolutely captivated, as neither man was able to secure victory in the allotted 60 minutes. With no true winner declared, the match was ordered to go into sudden death overtime. In overtime, Michaels was able to secure the victory after hitting Hart with Sweet Chin Music.
The WWE Championship victory was a long time coming for Michaels, who nearly broke down after being handed the championship.

There's so many to chose from and it depends really on how you chose them, for me, the one that stands out and will ALWAYS stand out and I will never forget it is King of the Ring 1998, The Undertaker Vs Mankind, Hell in a Cell. Anyone who saw it and was old enough to understand should know what I'm talking about. It's a highlight film match that will never get old.
