Cleveland = boring, depressing, lack of jobs
Sure they are building condos along the lakefront which I'm sure are nice, but they are charging way more then they are worth considering there is nothing to do downtown (and a serious lack of jobs in the area too), other then "the flats" which is a bunch of dive bars and clubs that are mostly frequented by college students with fake ids. Maybe if they just demolish the flats and start over they could actually have some nightlife.

Cleveland is in the midst of rebuilding. Lake front property is being bought up by developers who are building high end condos to sell. Cleveland's lake front is beautiful and their rebuilding of it is in hopes to draw more business.
