HOW WE WILL CONTINUE TO SPIN THIS CONSERVATIVE BROTHERS?

Some conservative spin which totally absolves the FBI

1. The new law was complex and difficult for the agents to interpret (never mind that many of them are attorneys)

2. The system worked! The problem was been exposed and will be corrected (never mind this wasn't a spontaneous confession by the FBI; hearings compelled by the new Dem majority in Congress have exposed the wrongdoing).

3. The number of people whose civil liberties were violated is very small and insignificant. There were only about 750 violations, but there are 300 million people in America. (Never mind that more violations are coming to light all the time; the Repubs will stick with the 750 figure.

4. The war on terror is difficult to fight! Would you rather be blown up or have the FBI make a few mistakes in surveillance? (Never mind that we really don't know the FBI track record for finding terrorists. Have they found ANY ticking time bombs in 5 years?)

If they are guilty there is no excuse. The thing about misusing the Patriot Act is that there is supposed to be a stiff penalty for a minor violation. 10 years imprisonment and expelling them from government. We need the Patriot Act at this point in history. If some jerk wads are invading privacy based on personal or some kind of criminal gain they need to throw the whole library at them not just the book! Republican or Demy...

guy, you're quite paintings. So i assume congress had no longer something to do with it. did no longer congress vote overwhelmingly to bypass the Patriot Act? did no longer congress renew the Patriot Act in 2005? those are info you and your idiotic ilk like to forget approximately. Why are not you blaming them? Oh, i be attentive to, its that undesirable guy Bush pulling the strings isn't it. Please! look bro, there is not any ball and chain around your ankle. I heard Mexico is a real mind-blowing place to stay. Canada is extremely mind-blowing. humorous, the way you hate usa yet could in no way choose for to go away it.

Before the Patriot Act, the FBI had a nasty habit of conducting illegal survellence and wiretapping on their own agents, would harass them, and so on. One agent sued the FBI, and, won millions. Privacy Act of 1986 prevents such abuse.

Give Limbaugh and Hannity a couple of days.

They'll figure out a way to blame it on Democrats.

Maybe they'll manage that holy of holies-blaming Bill Clinton.
