if Angela Merkel and Jack Shirak would marry each other? lets suppose they are single. is it possible?

Nothing. France and Germany are practically joined at the hip politically, and have been since the end of WW2.

And by the way, the name is "Chirac". And he won't be President of France after this summer, anyway. Either Nicholas Sarkozy or Segolene Royal will have his job.

I agree with "lesroys": nothing big or significant would happen to their countries as a result of their marriage. It would make big news though, both in the legitimate press and in the tabloids but especially in the latter.

By the way, the name of the President of France is Jacques Chirac, not Jack Shirak. Jacques, by the way, is equivalent to our James, not Jack, in spite of the similarity in pronunciation. Our "Jack" is the diminutive (nick name) for "John".

ahhh...:-)))))))))....good joke!!!!!hmmm....i think Angela Shirak would not go to USA so much........Shirak will eat more germans food with german beer....wich Angela Shirak will cook for him....
