i would be carefull not to exercise too late in the evening as the stimulation caused by exercise could keep you awake,aside from that exercise should make you feel more tired & aid falling to sleep-wow,i sounded nearly intelligent then,far out!

It should improve sleep--making the body tired. If done at the wrong time, it could act adversely. When is the wrong time??Experiment and find out when it is the best/worst time for your body. They say just before bed is the worst time--but your body may be different.

Its good but of course right after it you wouldn't be sleepy because of the state of attention and alertness you mind has.
