It is different among all people even within a tribe.

There is a pan-indian (many tribes) Native handshake.

Respect/Etiquette Tips:
A good tip when shaking hands with a Native is not to grip to tight, many Native people consider this disrespectful.

Also talk softly and listen well. Don't walk between two people who are talking. Elders are to be respected, even if you don't agree with their opinion.
