How to fill pool with water restrictions?

I'm looking at buying an above-ground pool for my backyard. We have water restrictions in Georgia so what would be the best way to fill it?

The fire station fills pools. Some want a contribution and others have a fee. See if they do that in your area.

there are companys that will deliver water by the truckload.it's the fastest way to fill your pool but not the cheapest.

Do they have water trucks in your area? Maybe you can have a tanker come out to your house?
