Ok so I just found out that I have two lateral tracking patellas and I have two braces and crutches, and I have walked on other ppl's before but I can't seem to figure out how to walk on these, do you have any good suggestions?

Just until you get used to them, move the crutches first, then the leg that hurts the least and once that one's planted firmly, move the most hurting leg. Don't go too fast first, you're destined to make your position worse! Also, look after for rocks, tiny ledges, and places from hardwood flooring/tile to carpeted areas.

be really careful not to get it stuck on anything, a girl i know tried to go onto bleachers with crutches and her critch fell through the space between the stairs, that was bad. well good luck and don't go on any slippery or uneven floor.

The best person who can help you is a physical therapist.
