Years ago you used to lots of Esso petrol station in the UK, but I hardly see them anymore!! Where have they gone. I know they were taken over by Exxon, but still you don't see any petrol stations by that name!!

Exxon (who have merged with Mobil) have no 'interest' in downstream (selling petrol from a pump) activities.
This non-interest in this part of the business is clearly reflected by their recent annual profit of 38 Billion US$

I remember those! There was one near where I lived and it had a huge big blowwn up Tiger on the roof! Dont know where they have all gone :(
