You really shouldn't worry about it. There's always something that someone doesn't like about another person, or something you don't like about yourself. If whoever you were involved with left you for that, you do know she really wasn't worth it if she can't accept you for who you are, or what you look like...
As cheesy as this sounds:
The outside doesn't matter anyway, it's what's on the inside.
p.s. If you don't think about it, it'll make it smaller. Figuratively speaking, of course.

That was extremely shallow of her to leave you over something that you cannot change. Every person has something that they wish was different and causes self esteem issues. You are not alone. You just have to know that you are worthy of love and affection and you are wonderful just the way you are made. That is the only way you are going to ever get by your confidence issues. You were created the way you were meant to be created and maybe what you see as something to lose confidence over is what you are supposed to use to make you a stronger, better person.

it looks huge maybe because you have a small body frame. Try going to the gym and workout so that you can build muscles. I think nobody has yet tried head transplant.

No honey unfortunately, it is what it is. If you lost a girlfriend for that reason, then she is pretty shallow. Good luck
