If one fails in English honours(1st year in BA) in a college of Kolkata, what will happen?

No body is perfect in life , there are lots of ups and downs . If a person fails in English Honours , Give a retest or directly go to private institution instead of losing one or two years years or if that person doesnt want to go to a private instuition then he ll loose that year. Dont give up ,All the best .
