I like the idea of electing independents. There is no party line to toe, there are no party loyalties to worry about. Just a fresh perspective and new ideas from a person who does not have an automatic connection to partisan politics.

We did not toss enough Republicans out. We gave the Democrats a slim majority especially in the Senate so that the Pubs can continue to ignore the " we , the people" wishes to get their s**t together. So getting independents will not solve the problem. Look at Lieberman, he ran as an independent but he is part of the problem. The power hungry buzzard is still being a pain. So to those who sat on their a** and did not vote, or those who said, " They suck but I like my guy anyway", DON'T BIT*H. They should have given the Democrats overwhelming majorities to effect change and if they did not do what " we, the people" want, vote them the f**k out next election cycle. This is the only way we can take back our country from the special interests and corporations.

I vote for Libertarians when there is one to choose, but seems to be a wasted vote. I will continue to do so until rest of voters wake up!

Republicans don't need to be kicked out of office. I support bush, and I'm proud of it.

We need to rid ourselves of the rest of the cons in office. So long George and Dick.
