Not all the things are the same for all things, so what exactly constitutes fair/unfair. And who has the authority to decide what is or is not fair by this standard. I think life is different can I classify the differences when good as saying, or the bad by saying unfair no.

Life is neither fair nor unfair. It simply IS. But most people seem to view it as being unfair.

We human beings would very much LIKE life to be "fair." That way, if we conduct ourselves ethically, are respectful of others, do our jobs conscientiously, are honest, etc., etc., then we would be able to expect to reap some sort of rewards for our efforts.
On the other hand, we could expect that people who are offensive, who lie and cheat, etc., would be punished for such behavior.
So, if life were "fair," things would be more predictable, and we would have a strong sense that we are in control of our destinies. Human beings REALLY LIKE the idea that we are in control of things, and that our actions and intentions will bring us some proper payoff.

But actually, we have far less of this sort of control than we would ever wish for. Crooks often seem to get away with murder, while good, honest people get the shaft. So, we conclude, "Life is so unfair!"

But actually, life simply IS WHAT IT IS---we are stuck with it being this way, and have to learn to accept this and to roll with the punches.

Yes I do. I believe that life is unfair from the moment a person is born. I dont believe that no matter how hard a person tries, he can be anything he wants to in life. Thats a load of crock lol. Its all about what family you are born into, what lifestyle, what religion, even what country, its all totally unfair. Life is NOT what you make of it. lol its the truth and most people just cant handle that. thanks and god bless.

everyday, but it doesnt change anything. i can complain about how much my life is soo unfair, but i soon get over it day after day. sometimes writing about how unfair life is helps too to forget about how unfair life is. once i write something down on paper, that's it. i forget i ever wrote it. i just found a piece of paper in my drawer in my room of what i wrote down over four yrs ago and i don't even remember writing it. it was right at the bottom as i was cleaning it 2day. and recently i found what looked to be a diary i had written in yrs ago when i was at the beginning of high school. what i wrote about, every page mentioned how my life is soo unfair, so much so that i felt i just had to throw it away. some of it i kept as a reminder though.

Only if one compares does life appear unfair.

Define fair and unfair. They're totally subjective words and it's a matter of your own perceptions and not anything quantifiable the way you've framed the question.
