I've been using Maxfactor Colour Adapt for ages as it does give a really good all over finish without blotches, but I recently changed to Rimmel Recover (the new one) my friend gave me a sample of it and it's amazing, quite light but covers well and my skin looks better than it has in a while :o)

Best way is to test different ones (either by getting testers from manufacturers or borrowing friends ones!) Keep looking for what's best for you, there's such a range these days!

I find that quite a few make my skin look dry and dull. Recently got a Per Una foundation from M&S. It's in a glass bottle with a silver top (sorry thats the only way I can describe it as I dont know what it's called) and I find it gives good even cover with a natural finish. Would highlt recommend it.

I have tried every brand that you could think of, from Chanel to Covergirl. I just recently came across Vincent Longo Water Canvas cream foundation that is incredible. It is definitely expensive but it is used by movie stars and keeps skin nice and comfortable the whole day. If you do some research on it, you would know how high the reviews are. You can get this from Sephora.

wateva foundation you use, moisturiser or a base needs to go on first cos otherwise most foundations will go patchy. Revlon ColourStay I've found works good and its not expensive either. But moisturiser or a base is the most important thing! and a little powder as well will make it last longer. also less is more for a natural look... good luck!

I would suggest a mineral foundation it blends really well and doesn't leave any lines and it is all natural, a little more expensive than Maybeline but well worth the price, you should be able to find this in some department stores and any makeup store like ULTA or Saphora or online

Any MAC cream foundation is great. It cost more than what you are using now but it is so worth it. I have uneven skin tone and when I put this on people don't ask me what foundation am I wearing they say your skin looks so good. My family knows about my skin issue and my cousins are always asking what i use I tell them just MAC and they can't believe that is all I use

lancome is fantastic a little on the expensive side but it lasts about 6 months. i say when it comes to your second skin (because thats what purpose it serves) it should not matter. also you will need to get the right foundation brush to apply any type of foundation because without that it will just turn into a blob...

THE FLAWLESS FOUR ARE EXCELLENT...
The Foundation Of Youth-Instantly delivers a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles.

Try Sheer Cover. It's fantastic. Doesn't go patchy and you don't even feel as if you are wearing make up.

I'm really bad at removing make-up at night, but it's mineral based so.... no spots.

They have really good mineral powder foundations now, you can get it at the drug store but I use the Bare Essentials brand I bought on TV and I really love it.
