it is remotely possible that you have won a laptop but today alone i have had pop ups telling me i have won a ps3 a laptop even a free holiday home so be careful just check it out if you have to give any form of bank details or other personal information chances are it is a con besides the number in question seems highly unlikely i wouldnt even know the name for a 12 digit number

Just the usual con. Now some are legitimate. One site you have to subscribe to all these offers. But what the catch was you had to have a friend that the offer was sent to and he must subscribe to all the offers and finish them too, for you to get your computer. Of course, then your friend would have to have someone else to finish them too if he wanted his computer. A vicious cycle.

But if you send it the info for a free computer I just want to let you know you are the 1 jillionith question on Yahoo! Answers and I have some free 20 acres of desert land in Florida, free for you too. lol

It sounds to good to be true. In that case it is not true but probably a con. Have they asked you to do something, send money, click on a web page? All of these things could result in a problem so do not answer them in any way.

its definately a scam.
all popups like that make you go through a long process of completing offers from their sponsers.
after you complete about 10 of them, you MIGHT actually get the prize, but it highly unlikely.
nobody is going to just give you a laptop for visiting their site.
sorry, but laptops arent free.

Its a scam - they are all over the internet. If it were all true, i could become very rich in one day by selling all the goods that i won on ebay. lol
