For Theory of Thales (i don't even know what that is), and ohmic resistance, we do not learn these in the middle school i attend. However, we get an introduction of meiosis and mitosis, and also organic chemistry in middle school.

I've never learned what you are talking about in math. Biology was 10th grade, Chemistry, 11th grade, and Physics 12th grade.
I should let you know that every year a 'report card' of each school district is done by the local newspapers, and my school has always received an 'F', sooo I am sure most people learn those subjects earlier
