I tastes good. It don't know that it smells like crap. More like smelly feet. But I like the taste. Lots of cheese smells not so good.

I don't know. But I think the same way about people who eat chitlins (chitterlinks - pigs intestines). I got a whiff of some chitlins and it made me nauseous, but the girl sitting next to me was eating them like they were going out of style. In case you're wondering they smell like very strong poop.
