Just talk to your friend and tell her how you feel about this guy. She probably doesn't realise that you like him! I'm sure she'll back off when you tell her.

Well since he is only a "crush" not a bf,
Then you can do much other than try to flirt more! It’s becoming a competition between you too. and she shouldn't be your best friend, a person like that you can't trust in the future. Either you tell her how you feel or you flirt with the guy.

Its a fairly simple one, you just tell your friend and ask her to stop, tell her why and that it makes you feel unhappy and jealous.
As for your crush (and his male friends not noticing) assume that Men are idiots as we can be pretty clueless with that sort of thing. He's not trying to hurt you, its quite possible he's just quite ignorant to whats going on!

There's always a group sl*t. Just ignore her, if your crush is decent, he will go for the lady and not the trashy one and if she was a true friend she would NEVER flirt with her best friends crush.

If she knows that you like him and still is talking and flirting with him, then my advice to you is to let her have it! Big time! Than after that walk up to him show him what you working with and than leave him there just in a daze. Make sure you were something eye popping!
