Where do i get a psx emulator and games with it?

You can get a PSX Emulator ePSXe. But you won't get any games with it. You just put in your original PSX Cds into your PC and ePSXe will run them.

Getting the Games for free with the emulator is illegal and not allowed by the ePSXe team.
