I like Shannan fora boy and Lanie, Jada or Lilliana for a girl
Jonty sounds like he has Jaundice (yellow skin, mucous membranes, or eyes) Lee is a great middle name and Sacha is too girly.
Lolita is cute but I think she'll hate you when she gets to be about 35.
You could go with Shannan Lee and Lilliana Jade to include more of your names

Shannan, Jonty, Lee, Sacha - These are all feminine why not just call him Sue? What happened to Alexander, Michael and Johnathan?
Lanie- Nickname for Elaine or Elena, yes. By itself, no. Lolita- much too flaky. Jada OK I like this one well enough. Lilliana- very pretty.

Lee is nice with maybe Jamie in front, thats what i want my daughter to call her son but she wont
Shannon Lanie is nice for a girl though you mentioned Shannan for a boy
