I have a freshwater tropical tank. All my balance levels are normal but for some reason my fish keep dying. I have tried everything.

Nobody can help you without any information. It's like me calling a mechanic and saying "my car is broken, tell me how to fix it".

You should make a new question and state information like:

The size of your tank
The types of fish you are keeping and how many
what type of filtration you have on the tank
what temperature you keep it at.
whether there is any other equipment running
What additives you use in the water
How often and what method you use for water changes
any other information you think might be valid...

HEY
1.FIRST AVOID RAIN WATER.

2.THEN U MAY TRY A FILTER WHICH WOULD KEEP THE WATER ALWAYS CLEAN(PRICE OF A CLEANER = 100).

3.THEN U MAY ALSO TRY A SEA SNAIL ARE SOME OTHER KIND OF UNDER WATER ORGANISM WHICH SCAVANGES THE FISH'S WASTES.

4.DON'T EVER PUT TWO RIVAL SPECIES OF FISHES TOGETHER.

5.DON'T FEED THE FISHES A LOT(TWICE A DAY IS ENOUGH).

6.AVOID A HOT OBJECT NEARER TO UR TANK.

What do you add to the tank? What testing do you do and how often? How often do you clean the tank and what do you do for cleaning?
