I think people need to be very cautious with internet dating. Anyone can represent themselves well in writing , but it's the up close and personal dating that reveals a persons true motives and character. He might be picking his nose while he describes himself as a mountain climber. He might be looking at pornograpy while he invites you to walk on the beach and go for a moonlight dinner. I know there are some exceptions, but I'd rather stick to the tried and true , call it old fashioned, if you will, way of getting to know someone and going through the the steps, one by one, of getting to know someone. It helps to start in the village, so to speak, so you even know a little about his background. For Heaven's sake, do not arrange a meeting alone with anyone you meet on the internet. It's a good thing, but it could easily turn into a Pandora's Box.
