I need a PS1 emulaor for windows XP and also the Roms for it too
Please help =(

Roms are for cartridge games. You want iso files. Being both illegal and prohibitively large ( up to 700 MB), you will not find them available for download on the regular internet. If you truly want them, you had better learn about torrent files, have a fast internet connection, and know how to use iso files in the emulator.
