I've been given a voucher for a tattoo or piercing. As i already have four tattoos I was going to have my eyebrow pierced as its something I have always wanted. My question is though, how much does it hurt? How long is the healing process? Any advice on what to use on the piercing to aid healing etc..??
I had my nose pierced years agio but had to take it out because it got infected so I'm hoping the same doesn't happen.

the nose ring hurts waay more than the eyebrow piercing I've had both , in addition to my tongue and navel and out of them all , the eyebrow was the eaisest. As far as cleaning , a qutip in alcohol or peroxide or saline souliton 2-3x daily will keep it clean and it takes about 4-6 month for it to heak enough for you to change the ring but about 9-12 months for it to heal totally and it closes quickly so you cant leave it open for too long.

Description: This can be a piercing anywhere along the brow line on either side.
General Information: No, it doesn't matter what side you pierce it on. The location of the piercing does not indicate one sexual orientation over another. The eyebrow does have a habit of migrating if it is not pierced deeply enough or the jewelry is too thin or heavy. Brow piercings can be irritated by eyebrow hairs, so plucking the hairs closest to the entry points of the jewelry can be very helpful. Don't use waxes or any other hair removers while you're healing your piercing.
Recommended Starter Jewelry: 16-12 gauge captive bead ring. A mini curved barbell may also be used, but is more difficult to clean than a CBR. It's recommended that you wait until the piercing is healed before inserting a barbell.

the only situation i experienced replaced into having a reasonable scar and my eyebrow hairs starting to be in a rather off course. Did i think punk rock as quickly as I had it, particular. yet, i does no longer do it lower back. I even have one mazing eyebrow, particularly warm. And yet another it particularly is a splash diverse/assymetrical. i could think again. I continuously wanted i had my tongue pierced or my lip, like between the decrease lip and chin. it is so warm on a a gal...or a guy.

It only hurts when they try to get it through the other side, the initial pierce is more of a surprise than anything but on the way through there is a sort of pop that only hurts for a bit. The healing process is ongoing and you constantly have to clean/bathe the wound. I used a Savlon spray to clean mine but you can use salt water if you like.
Good luck, it does look good after so its definately worth it.

it didnt really hurt it just stings when the needle comes out it tokk me like 2 wks and 2 days for it to complety heal but just make sure u clean it everyday u dont wnat it to get infected or else u will be screwed hope this helps

I got my eyebrow done just before xmas, It's more of a sting than actual pain, although it does make your eye water a lot!! It took a couple of weeks to heal, just kept it clean and used a bit of salt water on it every day. Only downside was i got a bit of a black eye from it! you'll be ok

Piercings on the face are a bit of a turn off. But good hygiene should aid the healing time and keep infection at bay.

if u already got tattos piercing wont hurt i have got 4 at da mo on my face i had my eyebrow done aswell but my skin rejected it and it also happened with my top lip but my nose and the bottom lip is fine so i guess its the luck of the draw to tell u the truth u will end up with a scar if it is rejected so make ur desision carefully

you had an infection when your nose got pierced and you want more even from the same place?
Mabye you dont need piercing tattoo voucher?
Ever consider the possibility you can express your uniqueness without permantly making yourself further? How will you feel about all this wen your old?

You can use alcohol or Bactine to help heal it, that's all I can help you with. But just make sure you want to get it there cause I don't think a face piercing is attractive on anyone.
