a)The same 3xday ,steroid only makes them workout better
b)6xday ...they take 1/2 the time to recover
c)twice a day ...they are ubermen...they feel no pain

It would have to depend on the steroid itself & its nature...

Again this is not endorsing steroid of any kind...You have my disclaimer , please look into the -ve effects before going for drugs.

(P.S If you know what you're doing ... You could get away with no side effects>>only with RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH)

So for your answer, some steroid dont have test kicking in till about 2-4 weeks , so you can't really feel uberhuman till then...

Yes, you can generally work twice as hard...but at the end of the day , you have to Listen to your body.

I don't get your question ...? First, I think the word steroid is perhaps wrong. Maybe you mean muscle enhancers, such as protein shakes, or something because I believe streroids are kinda illegal. Second, every person has a different schedule and some have more freetime than others. So some may work out once a day, while another may work out for only 30min. twice a day. It all really depends and I don't think there's "one" routine established for all bodybuilders to strictly obey. They have lives too you know!

It looks to me as if they workout twice a day , 6 days. At least those are the kind of retarded workouts you see in the muscle magazines. Then they got the nerve to say they got that big on some dietary supplement. I understand the supplement companies pay them to say that (they need to make a living), but they shouldn't be recommending roid workouts for people not taking roids.

I don't think that there is a direct formula like that. Most bodybuilders workout 6 days per week, at least twice per day depending on if their is an upcoming competition.

I think dat Bodybuilders have their own workout program...,but I think dat if you wanna start working out you can start with 3 days per week ... 'n' it's gonna be cool 'n' efficient.
