I go through a process before I leave the house. I walk from room to room checking all the things that may have been left on. Then I do it again right before I leave. Sometimes I drive back and go in to check it again. The dog wonders what the heck I am doing. Can't help it.

I like things clean, but I think I obsess about clean panties. I change at least 3 times a day.

i have to absolutely wear long sleeves shirt when im going to sleep at night, oddly enough i can sleep just fine with short sleeves during afternoons for naps.
