A thin Porridge of White oats can be taken at any time and to any quantity. You can even drink glass by glass every 1 hour so that you keep yourself energetic. Dont take full meals instead, split it into 8 small meals or as many glasses of Oats Porridge as you can drink.

Gentle exercise - does it for me everytime.
Go for a walk or a swim. You will be amazed how good you feel afterwards.
I go to the gym and swim and i really have to force myself to go as I am so knackered on an evening, but once I've gone I feel great and full of energy.
