These are a few things required in Utah your state will also have its requirement. The federal government has theirs too. Educate your self as to what a business has to do and you may begin to understand why they move to other countries when they get large and why small businesses fail.

The gov't needs to stay out of private business as much as possible.

If business was ran like the gov't, the USA would crash within a week.

More government involvement & regulation invariably results in more expense for a business. Of course more expense can mean the difference between a business earning a profit, or operating at a loss.

Altho many folks perceive profit as a "bad" thing , by definition a business must earn a profit or it ceases to be a business. While I completely agree w those who point out the recent obscene levels of profit reported by firms such as Exon/Mobil , the folks who own shares of their stock have probably not complained too loudly.

We as consumers demand competitive pricing for both products & services or we seek those products elsewhere. Meanwhile employees are clamoring for better wages & more attractive benefit packages.

Caught between these two diametrically opposed objectives it is a matter of survival when some firms choose to relocate jobs in markets w less costly labor, either in another state , or regrettably in another country.

Minimum & living wage mandates are other examples of well intentioned government involvement which alters efficient operation of the free market system & changes theability of a company to remain competitive.

That would turn the country into a communist state if there's state interference in the running of its businesses.
