Once a scientologist I used to work for said that a successful person is one who achieves their highest potential. For example, he said that if a man has the potential of earning $5 million in his lifetime but only earns $3 million, he is NOT successful. I told him that if that same man only earns $500k in his lifetime and did it honestly and happily then he was successful. Success is not measured by our earnings, but by how much we keep a high moral standard throughout life and how that translates into true happiness.

No. Each person has their own definition of success. Some would say it means they are loved by many, while another might say they love many people, in other words, which is most important? Loving or Being Loved?

For me personally, it has nothing to do with love or even happiness, as being happy is also relative to the individual.
I consider success achieving a degree of peace and contentment. How I would attain this is for me to decide. We could all go to a trophy store and buy ourselves an award for our bookcase. Engrave what you please and dictate the date you feel you achieved your mark.

Success and Happiness are not necessarily what we all want or need. I would prefer the peace that comes from knowing I did my best with the tools provided. Personal Achievement in My Own Perception is what I consider success and it provides the Peace I desire. @8-)

To me, a successful life is when you are at peace with yourself and your surroundings. I know it sounds cliche, but that is success to me. I have had success in my working life yet that did not fulfill me inside completely. Now that I am happily married and content within, I feel I have finally acheived success. Life is short and full of trials and to me material things don't prove success. You can't take it with you, but feeling happy and at peace on the inside are worth all the riches in the world.

compliment be to Allah Haraam is that for which the only that does it particularly is going to likely be punished and the only that abstains from it particularly is going to likely be rewarded, if the explanation for his abstinence is following the prohibition of Allaah. 'i think issues like " love"(attraction to the different gender) is haram too(alongside with loving your guy or woman spouse/husband).because of the fact it wil never benifit me interior the hereafter,on account that its no longer a sort of worship. And it makes you forget approximately approximately Allah and hereafter.Noone is worth of having extra interest then Allah!' 2d area of your question: You misunderstood! Islam teaches us to be honest and lifelike. in many situations, we adore because of the fact of Allah and we hate because of the fact of Allah. Islam teaches us that a male and lady can build up a sturdy relationship in step with marriage. All those memories of media and action pictures at the instant are not effectual to make a individual adjust to the training of Islam. we don't say love is halal or haram considering the fact it particularly is a feeling. maybe it particularly is no longer under administration. you could choose what's under administration. yet people who fall in love are in many episodes far off from the cleansed and organic ecosystem. Marriages that are in many situations stable and lasting marriages are persons that initiate on the least affection. That affection grows after marriage and maybe it particularly is going to strengthen till the couples proceed their companionship on the Jannah. And Allah knows the main suitable! Jazakallah!

Count no man happy till he is dead. He is at best fortunate. I think it may have been Marcus Aurelius.
My favourite is Heinrich Heine
Sleep is good
Death is better
But it is best not to have been born at all.
