I live in Australia.. Why are banks and post office closed on Sundays?

its a catholic based thing started by Constatine when he declared Sunday as the day of worship and rest,over the Bible which sets it as Saturday....in the States it is ruled under "Blue Laws" which regulates which busniess' can operate on Sunday,which is BTW a heathen worship day ..ie SUNday
