the animation rate depends on the final output of the product. If the animation is going to be viewed on the web then it is done at 12 fps (frames per second) movies are 24fps and tv is 30fps. You can go for higher frame rates but it is redundant because the human eye cannot tell the difference between 30 fps and 50 fps so I don't reccommend going over 30 because it just means more work.

If u are meaning frame rate i think it is 30 or 40
