No it is not normal to have constipation or diarrhea during one's period. Pls get in touch with your dr to have this checked out.

One of the symptoms of endometriosis for those that have it can be constipation and diarrhea.

Yes, very normal....also sometimes bad headaches (like sinus headaches), back aches, constipation, diarreha, excessive urination ---these are the physical effects. Let's not even go into the mental effects ---! Think about it this way, men have testosterone that makes them a little crazy with their sex drive, and women have these surges of estrogen which affect them physically and mentally.

Yes, it happens to me all the time. The constipation always eases when the actual bleeding commences. Just part of the enviable package of PMS
