Is there any way to get the created time of a file in java?

Not through the java.io.File API. Instead, you can use the native platform file listing shell command to get the data, but will have to parse for it.

every time u create the file get the server time or db time by using a select statment

get queuedtimestamp
or
get currenttimestamp
