Well, when I found out I was pregnant I cried right there in the Doctors office infront of God and everyone. It wasn't one of those I am so Happy cries either. It was a I am scared to death cry. After a few days I calmed down about it and just realized that it was a good thing that I was ready for and wanted very much. It just depends on your situation and how you deal with stress. Cause face it, being pregnant, having kids, and realizing that your life as you knew it was over for atleast the next 18 years is stressful. Good luck and Congrats.

Everyone starts to 'feel' pregnant at different times. Don't worry about it. I was in a car accident with my sister and didn't mention to the E.R. doctor that I was pregnant until they took me back for x-rays. I was six weeks pregnant and it wasn't quite real yet- plus, I was a bit more worried about my little sister at the time. It will hit you soon enough when your belly is so huge that you can't tie your shoes.

Congrats!

its completely normal... i found out when i was 8 weeks and i didn't completely hit me until i was about 5 months lol and now im 7 ... its a weird thing to grasp especially the first time so i hear... but just make sure you eat healthy and stay away from the things that can harm your baby and then when it hits you'll have really nothing to worry about

Itll hit you when the smells start hitting you and making you feel sick lol. congrats. your going to go through a lot of exciting things. feeling the baby swim around and remind you hey im coming soon . your 1st ultrasound where you see your baby. when you hear the heart beat for the first time. Your first kick. i remember mine. with my first i was stranded at the airport at 5 months along due to a storm and was feeling pretty bad and upset. i sat down reading my book and there it came. shocked the heck out of me. than the kicks just kept getting stronger and more frequent. good luck

Congrats. take good care of yourself. Rest for first 3 months is mandatory and you can do all household works without straining yourself during the next 4 months. Last 2 months are meant for only light work. Don't forget Folic Acid supplements and the vitamin supplements doctors may suggest you. Meet a Gynaec immediately and take a list of dos and don'ts from her. Best of luck. May god bless you with a healthy child.

The day that you cant button your pants and you have to switch over to maternity clothing will be the day you really feel pregnant. And you will love it-
I always laid low and pretended to not feel pregnant until I was 12 weeks and was reasonably clear of that risk of loss. At 12 weeks (wether I needed to or not) I would switch to maternity clothing as my own little celebration. It made it real for me! You are more than half way there!

yes, give it time to set in. for some women it takes a while to sink in. once you see your baby on the ultrasound, it will definitely sink in if it hasn't by then.

congrats!!
