Hard to reply without knowing the details of your contract, terms of work etc. But you should be paid up to the day you leave. Just make sure that your last pay packet did not incorporate up to this day before you ask your old employer. Also you may owe them back time for holiday etc if you have taken too much of your pro-rata holiday time, maybe they have deducted for this. But they should tell you and give you a payslip and P45.

They might have a policy that you you must give 2 weeks of notice. If not, give Human Resources a call, find out what happened. Also, if you left Tuesday, did you have 3 days worth of vacation time built up to get paid for those days?

You should be paid for all of last week plus all the days you worked this week, unless your contract says you should have given a week's notice and you did not.

Ask your employer politely, why they did not pay you and take it from there. Keep the conversation calm.
