if its ok with your landlord/lady then i dont see why not but then again it depends what pet you was thinking of? i used to live in a aflat and i had a kitty and she was fine, we brought her a little lead and took her in the shared garden when she was young but as she got a bit older she wanted to run so we took her lead off her as there was a 6ft wall around so we knew shed be safe. Hopefully your landlord will agree and you can have a new pet but dont forget pets need exercise too outside but keep all your windows shut at all times or just open them by an inch so your pet wont fall out. good luck

Yes. If they are dogs, they must have at least 1-2 hours of walking per day, much of which off leash. As for laws, in Greece you are allowed to keep up to 2 pets in a flat, even if the rest of the building think otherwise.

check with land lord and make sure if they are active they still get exercise
