In my gym I can lift most of the higher weights, e.g. the max weight on an ab crunch machine is 100kg and I lift 70kg, and the world's strongest men are much stronger so normal gyms would be of no use to them ?

To build the best body it's not necessarily about how much you can lift, but how well you use the weights. Doing the same exercises over and over will not let your body grow, you need to do different things all the time, learn all the exercises then the lack of heavier weights won't be a problem.

Dude. Don't be so high on yourself eh! i could send you through a workout that would kill you and not even use half the weights in the gym. I have trained in the same gym with many high end athletes including a Canadian Strongman competitor and they don't come slose to using all the weight in the gym. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Try doing your exercises with proper form and see what happens. Try a four count to lift and a four count to lower the weights.

I've done level 2 sports and fitness in university for 2 years, if you really want to know I'm sorry to say that you need a well controlled diet and a well set up routine for at least 3 years

alot, for years. many of them do not get there naturally either, they take supplements. if you want to get that big it is pretty much a full time job, you need to be in the gym daily for about 3 hours a day at least .

The manner of training makes a big difference too as, if you push yourself at the right times-ways & places, you can get fairly good increases.
