For sure not psychology. That's not even a BS in many schools.
Taking a science major should let you easily fulfill most of the med school prereqs just in doing what it takes to get your bachelors, but it really depends on the med school. You need to check each med school to make sure of their individual class requirements.

Not always. You would have to check with your school to see what they recommend for pre-med courses. They usually have meetings about these at the beginning of the semester, or you can ask your adviser or dean. Typically for premed, you have to take some bio, chemistry (including organic chem), physics, calculus, sometimes statistics, and usually one or two english classes.
