-Mine is the natural tanning but the thing is I get carried away when I'm having too much fun under the sun that I easily have sun burns & I just hate the tan lines.

I should stop exposing a lot under the sun.
I don't want to have too much wrinkles when I get to 30's up & I don't want skin cancer neither.

I lived in Florida most of my life so natural tanning was the way. But a few years ago I suffered dearly for all of my sun worshiping and had melanoma (really bad skin cancer). Now mine comes from a bottle. They make some great ones now. Please be careful.

Spray Tan is the least harmful to your body. UV or Sun training can potentially give you skin cancer.

Spray tanning is better for you as long as you keep your mouth closed while tanning. It doesn't taste good. Don't let it get in your eyes either.

im naturally tanned anyway but i do like to run around abit in the sun. im lucky enough not to get burnt cos of my genetic makeup

Seriously, I prefer natural.
NOTE: It trips me out they actually have tanning salons here in Las Vegas. Can you believe that? It's a damm DESERT.

natural tanning...if you don't want to get sunburns go to the beach after 3 pm
