Simply For Asking;
To carry on a conversation both participants need to present something. If one doesn't know what to add or is curious about the current topic, they will ask simply because otherwise the conversation will turn into a one-sided rant.
Something to Ask;
If one is interested in something that the other has presented, or if they have something that is on their mind that they need solving as such, then they should present this question to the other participant.
I personally do both.

Well naturally i am not an asker and the first of the few questions i've ever asked were things i really needed to know...
infact all the very few times i've asked i really had something to ask... LOL..

I genuinely have asked those troll many circumstances to F off. they're ravenous for interest and that they shop coming back. a minimum of four hundred circumstances. they think of by technique of coming back that they are status their floor. It`s puzzling too stand your floor once you're in speedy sand with 4 hundred avatars screaming on your ear.

I had something really important to ask, but your question made me ask myself "why ask?"
So I didn't. But I usually ask because something was really worth asking, unless it wasn't.

i sometimes have a serious question that i really need advice on. but most of the time i just ask something silly so i can read all the wacky answers.
