found lice in their hair. Through my daughter's traumatic childhood with lice. I dismissed them immediately. They both only stayed here a total of 24 hours each. Does it mean I have lice? I sprayed my furniture, I done laundry in hot water, I vacuumed. We done our hair. What else to do? Does this mean I have lice. We know how to look for lice.

no it doesnt mean you have lice. you know head lice isnt the end of the world even if you did get it. im not a fan of head lice my self and i can understang getting anxiety over wheather or not your going to get it or not. BUT. i just cant understand why people have to make people feel like they are diseased or something just cause they have a few bugs in there hair. sure its anoying. but its not something that you have to quite a job for. please lighten up. give them a break. woildnt you want one?.

It sounds as though you have done everything possible to remove the lice. I would just keep checking for a week or so it won't take long for lice to show up if you missed any.

i think you have covered everything

u know if one has laid eggs on the hair it can take about two weeks for the eggs to get big and hatch

so just keep an eye out in a few weeks

heres a recipe i have used for my children in the past, it works and you wont be using harsh chemicals on the head and in most cases lice become immuned to the chemicals

you get some tea tree oil and put a tablespoon into one cup of any cheap conditioner, make up a bottle of it and cover the entire head, from scalp to hair ends, wrap the entire head in plastic wrap, (not the face of course) and leave it on for an hour, then wash out in the shower, it kills the lice and we dont even worry bout trying to get the eggs out coz they end up dead too, but u can use vinegar on a cotton wool to wipe the eggs off the hair. ( as they are glued to the hair). then add some tea tree oil into your shampoo and conditioner to prevent.

Head lice can only live in hair and wont survive on furniture or carpets etc. If your hair is clear then you dont have them so dont worry x
