Idi Amin like Scotland. His personal doctor was a Scot. This title he gave to himself at the time he started to became erractic.

He's not, but for some reason he was a fan of the Scottish football team and was obsessed with scottish culture.

These days that would have lead to an early death from too many deep fried mars bars.
