I normally spray a lavish quantity in my armpit and a fine spray around my body, but the moment i start, I start feeling the body odour. Is there a more efficient way to use them?

Using deodorant spray is like sweeping rubbish under the carpet and still wonder why there is ants around.

You should deal with problem at the source, that is your body. The acid produce under your arm pit is not smelly but the bacteria that feed on this acid that create the smell.

1) Drink enough plain water. At least 8 glasses per day. Coffee, tea, fruit juice and soft drinks are not counted.

2) Cut the armpit hair. The hair in the armpit is a great breeding ground for bacteria. If you have curly hair, cut the hair very low but not to the skin or you will get ingrown hairs, which promote bacterial growth.

3) Take the acid-alkaline diet to reduce acid production.

For the sake of our ozone layer, stop using spray deodorant. Use a stick. You should only put it on your armpits. If your whole body is smelly, there's something odd going on. It may be diet related. Do you eat half a dozen heads of garlic each day? I live in China where people eat a lot of garlic but no smelly people. It seems to me the Middle-eastern diet leads to excess body odor but that's just my observation.

It's natural to sweat so don't use much or any deodorant on a day when you will have no social contact or when you do exercise. Just let it go to clean out your skin pores. Then hit the shower. Don't wear too much clothes if you are not cold. Change your skin layer of clothes often.
